GEORGE EDWARD COACH

YOUR TIME IS NOW

I'm George Edward, and since my first ever memory of life I can remember sports and exercise being a part of it. During my childhood, in Spain, I grew up playing all kinds of sports and ended up competing at high levels in Rugby and Muay Thai (Martial Arts).

Throughout my sporting career and today, I was always very interested in the Strength and Conditioning side of things and how training your body in certain ways can develop an individual to be stronger, faster, more agile, and subsequently even look better by doing so! Therefore, when I went into highschool in Canada, and was thrown into a more extent methodology of learning about sports and health, I immediately grew a greater interest in the world of human anatomy, biomechanics, physiology, strength training and everything sports science.

As expected, I came back to Europe to study Sport and Exercise Science and specialised in Strength and Conditioning at Middlesex University in London. Throughout uni, I worked as a Personal Trainier and with different proffessional sports teams, such as Saracens Rugby Club, to keep expanding my knowledge, but this time in a much more practical manner. I graduated with First Class Honours and aquired a very extent ammount of experience in and out of the training room, working with everyone from 70 year old individuals who needed some rehabilitation exercise, to elite level athletes that were trying to improve their jump, for example, by 2 cm.

In January of 2022 I moved back to Spain to open a Health and Fitness Club in the heart of Madrid. It is a very innovative wellness club, driven by positive energy and a beautiful community - It is called Fitclub Collective (FCC) and is where you will find me most of my time today. My mission is now to use my knowledge and experience, that I continue to feed, to keep helping individuals improve their life and hand by hand take them to their most desired health, fitness and aesthetic goals.
